For those proactive companies who want assurance that their tax and accounting systems are optimized to keep tax payments to a minimum, we offer a service where we will schedule regular on-site visits to review their taxes.  We like to think of these as similar to the routine physical exams your doctor gives as a preventive health checkup for your body, except for your accounting system and tax department to keep them operating in peak condition.  We offer this product as a compliment to our diagnostic tax reviews/reverse audits.  After we have performed a diagnostic tax review/reverse audit, our clients typically continue where we left off and reap the benefits of our review going forward.  Eventually, however, companies tend to slip into overcompliance again for reasons including but not limited to turnover, changes in accounting software, changes in tax laws, fear of undercompliance or a shift in business such as entrance into new markets or geographic regions. 

Those clients who want to keep a firm grasp of the progress made from our review and for whom outsourcing their taxes to us is not the right fit, may sign an annual contract where Agile Consulting Group will schedule quarterly or annual site visits to ensure systems are kept current and their tax bills are minimized.  Rather than these proactive reviews being contingency-based, these are flat fee contracts.  In exchange for a long-term commitment to Agile Consulting Group's services, we are willing to offer packages with a reduced rate structure.
